On October 16, 2019, the President of Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro Moros, received Mr. Xin Zhiguo, Manager of the International Department of Anhui Guangda Mining Investment Co.,Ltd., who was on an oil and gas investment investigation in Venezuela, at Miraflores Palace in Caracas, and had a friendly conversation.
